Trying to decide whether I should moonlight as Santa Claus this Christmas. I could easily earn enough money in one evening for a brand new LP-player. For a not high-end, but also not any cheapo crap -player.

Also, it's the one time of the year when my jolly body shape is an advantage.

Don't quit because it sounds too much like your influences, all music has to come from somewhere :) Just imagine how many times the different chord progressions have been repeated in history!

I guess you're right. I've thought a lot about how I compose too much on the basis of chord progressions anyway. Maybe now would be the time to leave it be as it is and think more about what else is in there...

Trying to wrap my head around the new iTunes. :| I liked it at first, but... They seem to have either removed or hidden the features I use the most. Not crazy about it.

Apple are great at that in recent years. Create a nifty bit of stuff and then some numpty decides to 'upgrade' it.

I will forever mourn the loss of iTunes DJ :(

EDIT: now... I just finished a pair of slippers for one of my best friends (as a Christmas gift).... I sure hope he's got long feet. :|
