It's very different from the original - simpler, more linear and streamlined. Still good and addictive though. And buggy as hell, I'm considering stopping playing till they address some of the game altering bugs. Like the one with SHIVs, I can't deploy them and lose soldiers due to that. Which is bad, since I'm running out of shitty local C-list celebrity names to name my recruits
Yeah, I've been playing this a lot too and while it's amazing it is so freaking glitchy. I was playing a mission where I fired a rocket at two Mutons, and it crashed the game. I reloaded the save and fired the rocket again, and the game crashed again. And it seems to slow down all the time, I play on a PS3 and often times its running at 50 FPS. I love it so much, but it really feels like it's in beta still.
