All right... proper recipe here.

How I did it here:
Fry 400-500g minced meat with 1/2-1 chopped onion and 3 chopped garlic cloves.
Add 1 chopped paprika and a 100g can of chopped tomatoes.
Then you're supposed to let it boil for 20 minutes... but if you are hungry like we were... just add the spice right away:
salt, pepper, ground cumin, ground paprika... and whatever you like.
Have a dutch guy smear a casserole dish with 200-300g of Philadelphia cheese and put all the stuff you just made on top of it.
Cover it all with A SHITTON of grated cheese and chopped leeks.
Put it in the oven at 225
