Well see, that can be VERY productive, depending on where you "make your deposit", so to speak...

I try never to bother about the facts, I'm an American. Facts are just an inconvenience to be ignored in favor of sounding good.

yeah man i agree, to me devins music is like an awesome movie, he's so good at creating another world in which to live in. It can be wierd, scary, happy, sad, brutal, almost anything but you never want to leave because it's so real, vibrant and addictive. His music has a direct connection to my emotions whatever they may be.

Hi there,

im just adding my own words ,though obviously people have said (maybe) everything before, to give a piece back to the Dev.
maybe you see that there are people that value your music in a way music is normally not.(if that makes sense???).
What is it more today than a product (for the most People/"so called artists"),
its become like going shopping to wall mart..., anyways...

personally,
i was so overwhelmed first hearing dtb (infinity, actually) that it literally jsut blew my damn brains. I´m very thankfull that this music eventually keeps me on the tracks when i´m struggling;and reminds me that life can be alright(how funny, that i´m not even sure if i got it right...)

Thankx.

I just can't wait for Synchestra to get out! All this talk about it just builds up excitement inside me that I must listen to at least 1 Devin album everyday to ease my pain! :D

This board is awesome. On one side we have a group of people who share the same excitement and on the other we have band members who are willing to take a little bit of their free time to share their thoughts with us like we were internet buddies, and consequently make us more happy and impatient about the release of the next DTB album!!

Devin, I hope you'll be able to make music years to come, even when we'll be old farts (imagining myself at 65 years old rocking to Dev's music haha).
You are my all-time favorite artist. Nuff said.

I've found that over time, I listen less and less to SYL, because it affects me the same way as it does with Devin, as it seems. I find his solo material legendary - I could listen to it over and over again forever. So as a response to the whole "SYL dominates DTB" thing, I find it not true to my eyes.
