My point is, every one is different. If you are picky about colour as you said and ordered a hat expecting it to look exactly like the one posted above, it probably won't. They vary in appearance with each hat.

It's black and grey. You dont get much more non gender specific than that... The white Infinity one may be a bit more feminine (i'll grab that at some point in the future.)

I lost my SYL beanie b/c it was too small for me. Of course... if they made em big enough for my head they'd go bankrupt as the hats would cost an extra $50 canadian to make and fit about 4/10000000 of the population.
