Fuck, you lot are made of money!

After buying nothing for months i had just about enough cash to splash out on a second hand PS2 games called "Guitaroo Man". The most rockingest game around!

Just in:

Charlotte Martin - Darkest Hour (EP)

You'd think these were unreleased Tori Amos songs from 1991 if you heard them without knowing who it was singing. So fucking good!

Half Life: Opposing Force.
Half Life: Blue Shift.

Both on pc, not a patch graphically on HL2 either of them, but it is fun to revisit Black Mesa once in a while... :D

Hahaha. I know!! I'm stoked, about 6 months ago they opened an Olive Garden about 30 minutes away, before I had to drive an hour to get to the closest one. Now there's a new one being built like 10 minutes away! I'm extremely excited! Hahaha. Those breadsticks are so damn good! By the time my meal comes out I'm full from breadsticks and all-you-can-eat minestrone soup! Hahaha! Now, only if Red Lobster would build a restaurant in MA!! I'm sick of seeing the fucking commercials when the closest one is like 2 hours away in Danbury, CT!!! I should sue those pricks!!

Anyway, I just picked up these in Boston today:

Monster Magnet - 5 Reasons To Testify (EP)
Sacred Reich - A Question (EP)
Tristania - Ashes (w/Bonus Track)
Music, The - Breakin' (EP)
Hypocrisy - Virus (CD/DVD)

Holy fuck is Virus good! I listened to it on the way home! Much heavier than The Arrival. I do not care if they're not as heavy as they used to be, this shit is still brutal and it's way better than the older shit!!

EDIT: I had to return Virus today, tracks 6–8 had this really quiet flickering sound throughout them. Apparently it's a manufacturing thing and all the CDs should have been pulled and not sold. I wonder how many people bought the CDs and will never return them? Pretty fucked up. Anyway, they had no replacement for me. Wack. I know when they finally get the CDs back they won't be $9.99 for a CD/DVD combo!!

So, I picked up instead:

Battlelore - Third Age Of The Sun (w/Bonus Tracks)

And this came in the mail:

One Minute Silence - A Waste Of Things To Come (CD Single)

HEY! I just discovered her today! She's mine, I tell you! MINE!!

Um, all kidding aside. I heard the samples and saw the 2 videos on her website and was very interested! My favorite Tori is Little Earthquakes (you know, before the lyrics descended into nonsense, and she had some concern for making pretty songs without a lot of useless extra instruments.) and it was everything that I liked about LE - Girl with good voice: check. Piano: check. Sad songs included: check.

On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate it?
