:drink: excellent choice my friend... alice in chains rocks my socks. do you have all tehir other cds yet ? if not... go buy them now.

jar of flies is arguably their greatest ablum, which is hilarious to think since it has like six or seven songs (i can't remember  ) ... songs like rotten apple make this one of the greatest albums of the 90's for me, especially since this is what i grew up listening to, my o lder brother listened to it so now its like a part of my childhood lol. i still htink the self titled (tripod) album is the best.

If only I could upload the videos I have of us doing drunken kareoke to the song "Don't Follow." I had this friend in England who loved that song and always wanted to sing it drunk! I used to hook a mic up to my stereo in my dorm room and we'd get silly! There's even footage of me bustin' a freestyle rap over the instrumental music of NSync's "Bye Bye Bye." HAHAHAHA! Anyway...

Wintersun - st(Now if Dev was from Finland his name would be Jari Maenpaa!)
Into the Moat - The Design(the dillenger who?)
Cryptopsy - none so live(drum solo!!!!!!)
Phazm - Hate at first seed(deeply disturbing stuff about trees(ents),with Dirk and Perrick from Scarve)
Farmakon - A warm glimpse(ive had copy files of this entire album on my ipod for ages, sounds even better on cd)

Why is everyone so enamored with Wintersun?? It's really just your standard melodic death metal album. There's nothing mind-blowing about it, but people act like it's the most original CD ever made. It is good, I give it that much, but nothing original by any means.

I'm seeing lots of very positive reviews for that, but is it really any good?
