It took me all these years, but I finally like Nirvana. Not entirely sure what made it all click, but I legitimately enjoy it for the music now. I've always had a fondness for Come As You Are (dat bass). But just yesterday I heard Love Buzz and Floyd the Barber and loved them both immediately. Thought I'd give the other albums a run through again and I loved them. Took me damn long enough haha

It's amazing how quickly something you were excited for can become regarded with detachment once you've known what it has to offer. Music, events, employment, whatever.
I don't know if it's my present mindset but I've noticed it's been happening a lot more this year than previous ones.

I often ask myself the very same question. Though rather than co-workers, it's mostly limited to my bosses.
