Though I agree it would be annoying if you wanted to copy or listen to one song in particular.

I can't for the life of me come to terms with the fact that the Labor Party would ever propose such a policy. Abbott can go to hell, but Rudd should be ashamed.

There are still times when I cannot tell who are the worse political assholes/schemers between U.S. vs Australian politicians. It's just easier to change the channel, as I have the feeling the future will not be bright after election day.

Yeah I get the feeling we'll be having a media blackout at our place next week also!

I'm a public servant and the coalition have made some noises about cuts to the department I just joined. Fun stuff.

But that's alright, because we're not "real Australians".

My workplace has decided to enforce empathy training into my department (all teams to be covered), as the client seems to think agents have become too cynical and detached from the customers, and even each other. Big surprise.

Going though said training has not only made me more cynical (though for professional purposes I try to hide it), but has also brought temptation to be deliberately antagonistic should it amuse me; granted I'm tempted all the time, but now more than usual. I've noticed many people, including some of the senior staff and team leaders/2IC's feel the same way.

Laughter helps.

I watched Alien Resurrection the other day and I couldn't help but wonder. With Ripley's blood practically being acid, how much of a pain in the ass must menstruating be for her? And what sort of tampons would she need? I mean, imagine you go shopping and then all of a sudden....menses attack. And *poof*, gone are your pants. Must be horrible.

Apparently small penises were in vogue amongst the ancient Greeks.

Although that may just be a myth perpetrated by Greek blokes with tiny cocks.

Speaking of blood.

I had black pudding on pizza today for the first time in years, and I nearly forgot how good it was. Naturally, I shared with my girlfriend (who just came off her period, funny enough) and despite some initial hesitance, she liked it, as well.

Firstly, I doubt the pain would be in her ass.
Secondly, perhaps she has an epic aid proof menstrual cup. Covered in polypropylene, polyethylene or teflon something. Perhaps even teflon pants.

It's official, I'm going to Byron Bay with my girlfriend in early October for a week. Having never been there before, I'm looking forward to having a relaxing time; plus it's not going to be too hot, either. Suits me.

Nice. Shouldn't be too overrun by backpackers at that point.

Beautiful part of the world.
