Definitely Ocean Machine. I've listened to Terria several times trying to understand why it seems to be one of the most well liked Dev albums but I just don't get it.

that's the quote to go with.

probably the hardest head-to-head in music general, cause these two albums climaxe the creative creation-process of Devin.

In my opinion, the climax of Dev's creative-process was Infinity. In my opinion OM (which is my favorite) and Terria really stick to ''rock'' music but Infinity goes in every direction without you understanding how it all manages to be united (like what the hell ?! Truth, Christeen, Ants, Unity, War !) . But still, I find Infinity a little bit hard to listen to because of all the weird flow and the craziness.

The Death Of Music made me cry, so I'm going with OM. Terria's a masterpiece as well, but OM is even more intense and emotional IMO.

Well, I can`t help my self so, Infinity is the thing to talk about this message. How on earth the man managed to consile all those tracks on analogue technology? I mean, by going with digital recordings it`s easy to lap tack on track, but even after that it`s hard to make it sound cool. And The Dev made all that by usin analogue. That`s... well, cool :D

I've got to go with Ocean Machine. Funeral and Bastard are just too good. It's funny, the first time I listened through the album I wasn't paying close attention, so it didn't seem all that special, but in the middle of Funeral my brain was like, "Wait just a second! What is this?" I re-listened to the whole thing and I was hooked. I also love Terria, but I don't like the ending at all. The first part of Universal is good, but then the rest is just too Devlab-y for me. I love a good ending, and Terria did not have it.

My version of Terria doesn't have Universal (which I actually hadn't heard before. Interesting song.) on it. Wasn't it just a bonus track and wouldn't be considered to be a part of Terria-proper?

The regular end of Terria is Stagnant; if I'm not mistaken Humble is a bonus track, and Universal appears on disc 2 of the special edition.

^You are correct. It saddens me I don't have the special edition of Terria, but I can listen to and enjoy Universal online, so that evens it out.

i think KeasbyNights was actually talking about "Humble" with the comments about "Universal" - a lot of online databases (Gracenote, etc.) incorrectly label "Universal" as the last song on disc 1, rather than its actual title (which was hidden from the regular tracklist on the release). the second half of the real "Universal" certainly isn't Devlab-y, but "Humble" is!

This explains a lot! It seems Terria had a better ending than I knew all this time, cause Stagnant is a great song. I mean, the first part of "Humble" sounds like a really good folk song, but then the weird,"Let's do it with the vocal." part trips me up. So let me get this straight. This song (starts at 5:26) is what I knew as Universal, but you have told is called Humble:

And upon looking around, is this what Universal really is?:
