I went with terria... the one two punch of earth day into deep peace is my favorite two song stretch in music.. ocean machine is really awesome it wasnt an easy choice.. i know i saw it somewhere on here but it would be amazing to see a entire concert of both these albums.

Pfft. The Hummer.

I only listen to that song with the chick singer from that album with the crayons on it.

But I listen to it while meditating on top of Glastonbury Tor at dawn and it makes me weep, so I'm still a proper Devfan.

I get back to the thread and say : Ocean Machine !!!
I still don't get Terria. To me, it has some pretty rad songs (Deep Peace, Nobody's Here are mine favorites) but still... The sound is HUGE and the production is probably Dev's best. So much stuff goin' on but yet so clear that you can hear everything.

But hey ! Like the man said : It's beautiful, but it don't do shit for me !!!

^I'm quite the opposite. As astounding and iconic as Ocean Machine is, it doesn't do as much for me as Terria, which never fails to enthrall me. I might be biased as it's the first solo Dev I ever owned, but it has moved me in ways none of his other albums ever have (though they sometimes come close).

You are indeed the opposite man :P OM was the first one I ever owned and all you just said is the same for me (concerning OM instead of Terria).
That's quite funky !

Good lord, even though at first I thought "Ocean Machine... easy.", but then I just remembered how much I love Tiny Tears, Nobody's Here, Earth Day, Deep Peace, and Canada... Terria really does evoke emotion in me unlike any other album I've ever listened to.
