Anyone know of any methods to fall asleep easier/quicker that actually work?
Turn your laptop off, being on it before bed keeps your brain active.
I've been reading for a bit before actually trying to sleep lately. I can feel my tiredness when I'm doing it, when I start to read through paragraph's and don't take a single bit of info in.
But it's when I put the book down and actually start the process of trying to fall asleep. I'm just thinking about it too much, because I know I struggle to fall asleep, but that's exactly what I need to avoid.
It's like the "Don't think of a pink elephant" thing - what do you do? You think of a pink elephant always.
Meh, I'll sort it out. For now I'll just stick to the booze option.
