Finished all my deadlines yesterday so I had a day off today, went to my neighbours for a coffee (or eight), had her bambino wriggling about the floor all day, Lauren went to make coffee, took my eye off Tallulah for a SPLIT second to see if the coppers were still outside, turned round and her hands, the floor, the TV then her wee angelic face where covered in white stuff, lunged over; the crazy child was shovelling Sudocrem in her mouth! She was sucking on babywipes earlier on, yet I gave her a biscuit and she sucks on it then rubs it on my leg...

On another note, I really beat myself sometimes; I guess you could call it an inferiority complex or something. Mainly right now, it's directed at my work as a photographer/videographer. I keep feeling as though I have zero talent, that all my work is derivative, and that coming on 4 years of college has done nothing to help with any of that. I know it's probably based on nothing, but I just feel that way sometimes. I'm trying to get more involved with things and get myself out there, but even then I just find myself having little faith in my work. I dunno... just on my mind.

Don't be down on yourself, brah. Most people go through that. Just do what you love that's really all that matters and you can do. You got this, man.

By the way, if it makes you feel any better, I'd be more likely to check your work out before I check out the work of most others, as I'm sure a lot of people would from here. I'm not trying to speak for anyone else, but in my eyes, the fourmites have your back.

Aside from that, really enjoying working in the dark room for the first time. It's meticulous, but I feel more "connected" if that makes sense.

That was Adam Adamowicz, one of Bethesda's most prominent concept artists. Did a shit-ton for Fallout 3 and had a big hand in Skyrim as well. There's a nice little article dedicated to him and displaying some of his concept work for Bethesda here.
