Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath is pleasuring my ears.

On the subject of Pink Floyd, Goodbye Blue Sky and Comfortably Numb would be my favorites from The Wall. The former reminds me of Fade to Black (which is probably where Hetfield got the riff).

A mate of mine, Kev, makes some pretty nais acoustic folk tunes... Might not be up the street of most people on here but I love the stuff. And the opening line of this song is "All I want is my biscuits and my tea...", which is possibly the greatest opening line to any song from Ireland ever. :P
