Wooters! Got my acoustic album along with two signed slipcases today. Sadly my acoustic CD didn't come signed even though I paid the extra 2 dollars and emailed Tracy, but I'm eBay dumb so it's completely my fault. No big deal though, I'll just have the man sign it at the meet and greet in CO Springs. While I've already heard the album very happy to have an acoustic copy.

I received my copy of the album in the mail yesterday. :D I just have to say...wow. Listening to the album gave me chills! I love the acoustic version of "Funeral" even more than the original!

I wanna also thank Dev for another amazing release! This is an awesome little gem that has very personal sounding renditions of these tunes. The last minute of Funeral sent chills down my spine, big time!

Got mine a couple of days ago and it made my stereo smile from speaker to speaker.
Funeral is magic. Plain and simple. Sooo glad I didn't miss this.

The final chorus of Funeral where Dev goes all high pitch is the highlight of the album for me :)

I don't know. I got Ebay's order update saying the album had been shipped on August 22nd. Got on the 31st, little over a week, pretty much the norm with first class international mail sent from North America. A couple of times I've had mail take around two weeks to reach from the States, so I wouldn't worry about it, at least yet.
But being in Rhode Island, kinda weird me thinks... :? Some quirky mail I suppose. Last year I had one package shipped to NYC in first class (which usually takes about a week) spend just over a month on the way. I was already worried if it had been lost somewhere along the way, but it got there eventually.

I was listening to Unity off of Infinity today, anyone else think that'd sound incredible acoustic?

Maybe, but with a full choir and orchestra accompanying for the build at the end.

I suppose you could do a simpler scratch one, I just think it'd have to be shorter.

You know what, he should really do another of these albums; with less of Ghost and Ki though. I'd love a Deadhead acoustic that isn't rubbish quality from YouTube, or maybe even Life. So many songs in his discography that would sound wonderful acoustic-ised.
