How do you know Poisonblack? Poisonblack is good but I like Sentenced more.

I like both! :D There's something about that album tho - Exciter, Glow of the Flames, Love Infernal.
Really like Laihiala's voice, plus anything Finnish gothic metal.

Good to see you around again, Deth! 8) And yes, I do love The Patton.

Oh, NP: Queens of the Stone Age - Songs for the Deaf

Great 80's epic Hard Rock. Reminds me of the Tony Martin Sabbath albums.

OMG. One of my ALL-TIME favorite songs and albums! The original track is longer and much more epic, but...wow. That's a power trio I should have added to the other thread - Sykes, Franklin and Appice.

I remember watching That Metal Show and Eddie Trunk picking it as one of the best debut albums from a metal band. Totally agree! I get so nerdy over stuff like that. 8)

Yeah, I've got the album. It's awesome. Wish there were more bands like this in the 80's that played stuff like this. Only other I found was 80's Sabbath with albums like Headless Cross & Tyr.

Was actually just listening to this after Blue Murder:

Anthrax - Belly of the Beast

I like it, although heaps of people seem to hate it.

So I've been digging Songs of Faith and Devotion a ton lately, and I decided to search up any associated b-sides a little bit ago... and came up with this. Great track; disappointed it didn't make the album, but I understand because it's vibe does seem to be a bit different. Depeche is basically the first music I came to love, and what got me into music in general, so you could say I have a bit of a soft spot for them.
