God that was and epic night! The bands there, Devin aside, and the award winners - for an essentially free gig, would have been awesome enough but of course Devin wwwaaaaasss there and he KICKED so much ass with just 3 songs. Maybe I was imagining it but I felt like his reception was the best 8) BY YOUR COMMAND!!!
....apart from the Twisted Sister fans who started like, humping the front row at the end (wtf)

Maybe I should have listened to Decon beforehand? Actually not having properly heard the songs before kinda made Devin last longer, and when I actually do hear the songs I'll always remember where I first experienced 'em. No regrets hehe. The songs were so powerful it kinda felt... uh... 'bonerific'

Andrew O'Neil was hilarious, and y'know, Alice Cooper.... And Jaz Coleman's hilariously long acceptance speech xD xD xD

And another great plus is that I got to hang out with some very fine individuals again, and meet some new ones. Good times, hope this doesn't rub salt in the wounds of anyone who didn't get to go xD
