It's not pleasuring my ears right now, but I've been giving Novembers Doom's latest offering many spins lately... gotta listen to something heavy to tide me over for Deconstruction. So far, it's a great record - quite possibly their best. Much more dynamic than a lot of their older work, IMO; it's the attention to detail (little flourishes, here and there) that make it special. Definitely recommended.

A friend of mine showed me this a few minutes ago. HOLY SHIT. Japanese metal band, but geez the vocalist is a beast. Those bird like whistles at 2:00 also, thats him singing. Freaky stuff.
