Don't get me wrong, I think babies are awesome too but that was a wild Snorlax I think.
Look at it's chubby wobbly legs go! ITS LIMBS BEND IN UNNATURAL WAYS!

That's normal to babies when they are not able to walk. At first they are in liquid and can move their legs 'n' hands easily. But when they have been born the movement is very difficult because they don't have muscles yet. In the air everything weights more than in water. If you put their legs in water they can easily walk but when you take out to air they cannot. Until they cannot walk they still want to move around and watch places..so you can see very imagination rich ways of movement.
