This is awesome and also a recent purchase.
Now I can finally enjoy gaming & movies with proper volume!

I love audio equipment, it looks so good, and sleek. Onkyo is pretty great as well, though I went with a Pioneer.
Hope you got some great speakers to go with it!

It suspicious that you hurry to deny any use of such things

It's suspicious that you are indirectly thinking about another mans penis.

Thanks to all of you who responded to my "djent" query. No, I do not play guitar, and your bit of education there is much appreciated! You are all more awesome than you could imagine. Thank you! :D

Pretty much that's the thing, yes. Or rtaher, inventing new genres of music is very cool (on the whole. There are notable exceptions). It is the defining of them and affixing labels to every subgenre that is considered a bit anal, elitist and divisive of whatever particular 'scene'.
'Twas ever thus. Look at the birth of Thrash for example and how quickly it descended into arguments about what was proper Thrash and what wasn't and how the pioneers of the sound sought to distance themselves from the term as quickly as possible. And how many subgenres sprang up. Same thing in techno, punk, electronica, jazz etc etc etc.
And then you and up with all the sub-sub-sub genres: Blackened Melodic Urban Gothenburg Post-Electronic Neo-Pagan Krunk Djentcore. And no-one has a fucking clue what it means any more.

Well yep multiplying genres based on minute differences is indeed crappy but here the stuff's distinct enough to warrant a new category. It just disturbs me a bit that there's lot of bitching music's stale nowadays and nothing new's happening but when there's an opportunity to mark something new on the map it's prompty shot down as bullshit.

Meh whatever, maybe I'm in fact a boring, pedantic bastard.

I like Pygmy slapstick metal the most, by the way.

Just got accepted by the Association of Lifecasters International. This means that if you want your face cast or summit, get me to do it because I'm OSSUM.

The protagonist of the film is a songwriter with an otherworldly imagination. He is an old man who still thinks he`s a young boy. While asleep he travels into his distant past where his dreams of old come back to him mixed to the young boy`s world of fantasy and music.

Sounds like this is ghost-written by Michael Jackson... :?

Played this in the shop today, even though I'll never be able to lay down that much money for a guitar (it's almost 3200 euros), but...

WANT!
