so i totally forgot about this and the VIP for NYC on the 28th is already sold out. but it specifically says: Supplies of presale tickets are limited. If a show reads "Presale Sold Out", there still may be tickets available at www.ticketmaster.com or you can try contacting the venue box office.

so i called the venue box office and they didn't have any information about the VIP, and ticketmaster doesn't even have an option to buy it. Just wondering if anyone had a similar experience? if it's completely sold out then fine, i just think it's weird that they don't even acknowledge that it exists.

The way I understand things venues fulfill their contracts with entities related to the performers (agencies, management etc.) then inform a ticket retailer (such as Ticketmaster) how many more are left for the general public. In this case, a chunk of 'em went to the ArtistArena people who, along with Dev's camp, organized the presale and VIP stuff. So really the only involvement the venues have is providing space and staffing for that portion of the event.

Fuck! VIP tickets are sold out for Toronto and i was JUST going to purchase two tickets right now...

They're losing money out on a bunch of people willing to pay 60 bucks instead of 20.

I am anxiously awaiting the Michigan date to go up for sale. That shit better not sell out before I get a chance to buy!
