Their album mixes always turn me off. Mostly the drums. For the type of music they do, I think they would benefit from drum triggers, or at least a mix of the two...acoustic and sampled.

I'm a musician (well, drummer!), I've done heaps of recording, but I still can't tell the difference. I just listen to the overall sound, without analysing each individual instrument too much, and it sounds damn good to me....
