Talk about other artists here (even though they all rip off Meshuggah)

^^ Good for bass, bass has lots of room to breathe, but the song doesn't call for over-playing... just kind of make it groove :D
Black Crowes are actually pretty cool  I always just wrote them off as southern rock, which isn't really my thing usually. But they is pretty neato

My influence knows no bounds.

This kid Spencer who lived down the street and totally had a crush on my sister used to come by and hang out. He was just learning how to play the drums back then, and he started listening to metal because that's what I was listening to then (I suppose at this point I was about 15 and he was 11)

So flash forward 7 years, and his band is about to be signed to Century Media.

Son of Aurelius, and they're pretty good for what they are, though I've kinda grown out of death metal, I'm still really impressed that the kid from down the street grew into a beast due to my influence.

Mudvayne - Mudvayne

2009 self titled. First song so far is pretty crazy. Sounds like they realized they were better off being more aggressive instead of more melodic.

I feel kinda dirty about this...

..It's like Pet Shop Boys for folk fans. Listen to Ensiferum's cover if you wanna feel a bit more hetero about it
