It's been a loooong time.
I've been listening to Physicist this week too.
And me too, sounds fresh again after a long break. I wonder how will it sound after reworking.
Kingdom is kicking my ass. Song is so amazing, totally forgot about this album for a while. The chorus in this song sounds like it could be on Addicted.djskrimp wrote:Divine Heresy "Darkness Embedded".
Heavy, but the singer requires a few more listens before I can really make an assessment. Also, Tim? Why you using triggers, dude? :p
I didnt like Divine Heresy when I first listened to them when their first album came out. I heard their new stuff and dug it. My problem is the singer is some massively built dude who, when he sings clean, sounds like he's half his size. It's just weird to me.

This pwns, and I'm not really a blues fan -go figure

New guy's (Travis Neal) not nearly as big, but his voice is MUCH better than Vext's was, in my opinion. I like it a LOT.

Oh I do too. I didnt like the vocals on the first album really at all. I just dont care for the dude's cleans. They sound even more poppy than Scar Symmetry's in my opinion.

New Scar Symmetry? I can't hear it, as it just is NOT the Scar Symmetry I love.

Check out some blues/jazz organ players like Jimmy Smith and Joey Defrancesco. Organ is my favorite instrument in older blues/jazz. It sounds so classy on the older recordings.

He's probably think it was awesome. Because Both Imogen Heap and Jeff Beck are awesome. Although I haven't listened to that album in a long time, but I think I hated it. But that song is an awesome track penis.
