Wow really? Yeah Adult Swim has little notices that the new Metalocalypse season is coming out, and they're going to be 30 MINUTES instead of a too short 15 min. Seriously, 15 min. is too short :?
And then there's the new album, which I can't wait for because the first one is awesome, yet so silly at the same time. I mean, Bloodrocuted? lol Hatredcopter? lol I like the humour.

Dethalbum II, September 8th! Really hope it's like the first album, that it has songs from the second season. There were some awesum epic ones in second season.

Oh cool! you're really on top of it, I didn't know when it was coming out or anything - good to know.
Yeah I just got the first one a couple days ago, and it rules. My only complaint is that some of the songs are too short! I just get into the groove, and 2 or 3 minutes later it's over :o
Anyways, I still like it. BRING ON DETHALBUM II!!

On another awesome note:
I sold a bass cabinet today for $300! Yay! Which awesomely replenishes my bank account after I spent $200 on a Whammy yesterday! :D
When I first started twiddling with it, I wasn't so sure if it could handle bass frequencies :( some of the settings do not agree with bass. But that's not a fault with the whammy it's a just fundamental truth - for instance: dropping a bass 2 full octaves will never sound good, not that that's what I was going for anyways. And fuck raising octaves, it's a bass, although there are times when that could be useful. Dropping an octave without any dry signal gets a little muddy, but switching the whammy to the octave mode in the harmony menu sounds really great.
There's an option to harmonize an octave up, as well as one an octave down. Sounds like an 8 string bass. Also the 5th/7th option sounds really good. Some of the other harmony options aren't practical for bass, which I can live with. The de-tune effect is basically a really warm sounding chorus. And down-tune is good for playing Anesthetize in the proper range instead of an octave up. :D

Apparently there were a limited number of Bass Whammys made which are now no longer in production - I think the two are pretty similar expect the bass whammy is painted blue, and has a couple different harmony options. I think I'm satisfied.

Plus - did I mention I got $300 today!? Alright I'll shut up now.

I just did a google search for "Devin Townsend Project", but I limited the picture size to large. I had the intention to find the regular picture used in this wallpaper:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v235/ ... 0x1024.jpg

because I can't seem to find it anywhere else...

So, I got some Devy pictures at first, but starting at page 11, I started getting pictures of random people who have passed away and are now listed on pricefuneralhome.com, or something like that. It made me laugh, even though I still have yet to find that picture.

That's probably Omer Cordell's photo, and sadly he never was too keen on sharing full size version of his shots. Cool wallpaper though.

And probably with good reason. I just decided to look for it, because I have huge versions of other photos of Dev's new look.

Eww Townsend phones - one thing I wonder though, is was that phone ever used after that? Did he just set it down as it was and walk away, or did he mention to anyone that the receiver had been ... in his ass.

Yes I'm very interested since your last sketch ruled so much! :D PM me!

Here's an awesome story:

I have a Chinese friend who is attending college. He recently told me of a failed encounter to join a frat his Sophomore year. It was the final initiation or whatever, and they all had to be on the ground or something. The frat leader got excited and told my friend to "Get on the ground, you fucking chink!". My friend jumped up, punched him square in the face, and calmly walked out of the frat. Dude was unconscious.

I know violence never solves a problem. But violence totally solved that problem.
