The best part is how at some points in that episode the characters aren't even saying "they took our jobs" they just kind of mumble something that sounds similar.

And in The Netherlands.

Funny thing, Ireland is presented here as country which profited much from joining EU and generally prospering well.

That'll probably be shown to be false soon. Ireland's economy was, for the most part, entirely based on our construction industry. That recently pretty much just fell apart. Builders holidays started about 2 weeks ago, and this year the beginning was named "Black Friday", as the general consensus is that a lot of builders, particularly foreign ones, won't have a job to come back to when the holidays are over. So you could be seeing a lot of people heading back home soon.. and maybe a realisation that Ireland really is in quite a bit of trouble at the moment..

I was reading this topic scrolling up from the last post, and for some reason this post seemed utterly hilarious to me after reading those youtube comments. Seemed like the most sophisticated wording ever :D

The construction industry in the UK is shut down pretty much completely too, dude. I am at the sharp end of this but the ripple effect is going to hit the economy in a big way very soon.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. Damn Century Media and their wanting to make every last cent they can off the Lad. Taking a vid off Youtube just seems like a poor business move to me. I can see not wanting to have an entire DVD made available on youtube, but having the single and some other vids available for the fans would really only drum up more buzz for the band...thus, increasing product sales and overall interest. At least that's how I see it. 8)

I'm past my "comments disgust me" period - now I think there are real gems of insult and creative trolling there.
