I'm much happier if I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. And I can't pull myself out of bed either, no matter how much sleep I get. I hit the snooze on my alarm at least 4 times every morning, so I have to set my clock faster, and set the alarm to go off at least 20 minutes earlier than need be. After it goes off, I know I have extra time, so I try to go back to sleep. Its a vicious circle.
