I'm using it and pretty happy with my tone but when I record my second guitar part it sounds like I'm playing in church and I don't have any reverb on.  I do have a minimal chorus on to make the sound a bit more fuller but I wouldn't expect that to shine through 500% when I record the two guitar parts.

	 But if you want the very best tone in software, you should record DI tracks of your guitars and then add Wagner Sharp (free), Voxengo Curve EQ (80 USD or so) with VH100R's amp spectrum pack (free) and finally SIR (free) with GuitarHack's cabinet impulses. That way you get some really nice guitars without any actual amp
