yeah downloading stuff always gave me viruses so i stopped a year or so ago.

Is the site safe now?, I haven't ordered anything due to the virus scare.

These things happen unfortunately but ... as of the date Geoff did this, no-one has reported any problems

I wouldn't worry too much about not hearing anything back. They are always "flat out" at HDR and can't really answer everybody, so I don't think reply emails are standard practice.

I've bought a ton of stuff via HevyDevy recently and it has all arrived no probs right here Down Under.

When you order through ccnow, you have a confirmation. Same thing when you send a paypal payement. Now, usually Tracy sends your merchandise the day she receives the order. If there is any problem she will contact you

I ordered Devlab, Ass Sordid Demo's I and II and the Infinity EP last week. They came this morning and I live in the UK!! All I can say is I'm mighty impressed.

Unfortunately the post arrived after I left for work this morning and I just found the card saying please pick up your parcel at the Post Office. So now I have to wait til tomorrow to feel the goodness

Can't blame that on HDR tho - a supremely fast service

I just received my SYL red logo sweatshirt (which I am also wearing at this very moment at school ) its awesome, and it's cool that Tracy writes a little thank you message on the little order sheet that comes with your orders. Funny thing is that she wrote "Thanks Laurie! " just cause it was my mom's credit card that was used

I live in UK too and I've placed about 5 orders with HDR over the years and all my orders have arrived in 5 days or less. Amazingly fast service.

I've made about 6 orders in the last year, which include the following items

SYL - windbreaker
Infinity hat and torque
Infinity EP
Punky Bruester
Ass-ordid I and II
DEVlab

and everything has arrived within 5 working days, even during christmas time.

I've never had a problem with them, and the christmas card I got last year was a cool surprise.

The only problem, which isn't very big, was that SYL windbreaker. The white letters at the bottom started coming off and the red logo is cracking alot and missing bits here and there, but that's prob. cause I wear it all the time.
