Well, maybe I don't need to, but I'd like to. After two years of waiting, we are finally together permanently. No more Skyping each other every night or seeing each other just a few weeks per half year.
We met right here on the HevyDevy forums. Now, I've moved from The Netherlands to England, and we've finally started our lives together properly. I don't think I need to explain how happy we both are. :D :D :D :D

Thanks all! I'm glad everyone is so happy for us :)

Eli: Yes! You should! :D But maybe wait until Steph & I have our very own place? Right now we live with housemates until we have the money (read: until I have a job) to move out somewhere by ourselves.

Good luck over there, mang. Hope England treats you well! (that's excluding Steph, I think that's a given ;) )

Wait? That is unheard of!
Oh alright then. I'll start the countdown :P

Dev was fanboying on mine and Faye's friend Blindboy's band the other week and now Blindboy's started fanboying on Dev. This is amazing because we did not expect either to happen (trying to get Dev to listen to a CD is like trying to get a dog to wear a hat made of ham and Blindboy doesn't look like your typical metal fan) they're both mad as fuck in similar ways so the thought of them being in the same room is hilarious and may very well happen.

Still so happy about this!!! I can't believe how stoked Dev was and how Blindboy loved the cheese interview!! So cute!!

It was meant to be, they're so alarmingly alike.

Just plain awesome. I have a beer and a fan.

I only have to live through a maximum of 60 more days at work before having a whole year out. Muhahahahahaha!

I held out figuring out the number of days for as long as I possibly could. Might have to get a giant countdown calendar for my desk :D

Wow only two months until you go on leave. Time flies! Excited?

Wait until bub arrives and watch how time disappears in front of your very eyes. It's amazing.

There seems to be a wave of babies right now! My knitmaster's going like the clappers...

My mum's announced that, inspired by a TV show about beautiful sheds; she wants to buy (a third) shed and turn it into a miniature pub called "The Screaming Pigeon". I see no fault in her logic.
