Had to increase our offer for the house beyond what we wanted, which annoyed me, particularly considering who we're buying from, but it's been accepted and we're moving ahead. Now begins the task of completing sale/purchase and getting it into a liveable state before the little one arrives!

well done, bro! Losing weight is anything but easy. At some point in my life I lost over 60 pounds myself so I know it's tough. Glad it's going so well for ya!

I've only put on new weight since I've been married, so well done Stu.

So the overseas commission I've been super worried about finishing in time to get to the client has arrived four days premature On the other side of the hemisphere no less! I don't need to fake my own death now

Yeah that happens! Took me quite a few years of married life before I managed to get the weight back off. Comfortable life is comfortable.

I actually did good for awhile. going to the gym daily and all that. Now can't really afford the membership anymore, and I have not the will to work out art home. Haha

So Violet and I gave Dev (amongst other things) a CD of a comedy band that we're friends with. We got them to sign it for him turns out he's a HUGE fan and was super stoked on his prezzie
