Faffy, you are sooo not helping my pre-holiday diet.....in fairness, this pre-holiday diet has included such sacrifices as cutting back from 2 badass burritos to 1 and removing all chocolate/junk...but that stuff looks soooo good!

If it helps, this is only 40 calories or so:

Just whip 70 grams of raspberries (frozen or not) with one egg white. I know... it sounds odd, but it's awesome.
