Hokay, the lovely Pinkham has informed me that he has spoken to CMDistro, and they are aware of the situation and on the case. If you are having a problem with your Addicted disk, contact customer service for whoever you ordered from (CMDistro, OMerch, Play.com, HMV, Amazon etc.) and they should be able to help you out without requiring to return the entire boxset. Is it just a select few or is everyone having this problem?

My Addicted disc is also having this problem but I was able to extract the files from the disc to my PC and i can just run em on there.

My addicted DVD seems to be working fine, so that's a relief. I hope the people having issues get them resolved promptly

Yeah i just got home to the lovely side of a box ready to open, new it was the set.

Was going to watched Addicted DVD first, and it was messing up. I got the show playing finally, but Ill contact CMdistro to get help regardless, i want to be able to navigate easily through the DVD. Sounds quality is great and its great to see everyone having so much fun playing the music.

Pretty sure mine's alright, which is a life saver cause I picked it up at the screening...

been playing my cds i burned last night. Wired thing is is seems to play strangely Blackberry played as ghost and monsoon became blackberry. I wonder if i did something for that to happen or if that's how it plays

Just read up a bit on Devy's FB and people are asking about Addicted disk problems. I guess it's a pretty common thing.

Not checked mine yet , so is it just CMDistro discs or is it from other retailers too? Got mine from play.com

All the disks are the same; if you got it at the screening, then you got it from OMerch. If only some are having the problem, I'm starting to wonder if it's regional?

I can confirm my Addicted DVD is working just fine , I am in UK and bought from Play.com. Had a chat with Lettuce earlier and I also think it could be a regional problem.

Are you guys using actual DVD players?

I can further confirm that my Addicted Disc is working fine. I can navigate all the menus without issue.

I've been watching on my Blu Ray player.

My Addicted dvd from Omerch is working ok aswell
