The fuck is going on right now? Seems everyone is sick. My dad has just been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Just had an MRI and bone scan to find out exactly where things stand but the initial diagnosis is very much at the "positive" end of the spectrum. Should be very treatable and he says he feels great so we're very confident he will beat it without breaking stride. He's an exceedingly fit and otherwise healthy man for his age too. Anyone who's FB friends with me, FYI we're not really discussing it there so your discretion would be hugely appreciated.
Been experiencing some health anxiety myself lately, really annoying. Keep convincing myself I'm seriously ill when in reality I'm sure it's just something minor, like an allergy or m
something stupid and irritating. Will be seeing my gp again in the new year to get it sorted and out of my head!
Then Molly Meldrum goes and puts himself in a coma and Chris Hitchens goes and dies on us. Plus Steph's mum being unwell and Faffy getting sick and everything else... Good thing I'm a pretty happy, positive person normally!
Anyway, enough of the self pity. All the best Steph, sending mucho positive vibes your mum's way.
