Had peppered salmon, avocado and rice with peas and soy sauce (and some cayenne sauce as well) for lunch today.
The last fancy meal I'll be making until next payday.

In London on sunday I had what was described as a 'Currwurst'.

It seemed to be a Bratwurst, served with a curry sauce topping. And then served (again) with a COFFEE sauce.

And so she should! The ladies up here smell lovely. The men, they smell somewhat.

My own odour was amplified by the aforementioned currywurst and a sweaty day on planes and buses. And not washing. And being a smelly person. So you see I am innocent!

Bought myself a fresh Tasmanian salmon portion and some Dutch purple carrots for dinner. Baked the salmon with butter, herbs, and some medium strength habanero sauce. Ate the carrots raw and unpeeled. A fine meal.

I've never known someone to eat so much tuna and salmon! Not a criticism at all, I love eating fish (and the art of catching them).

Cherry season is in full swing so it was another cherry crumble for our dessert. So simple, so good. Dinner was a rolled pork roast with roasted potatoes and steamed greens.

My Aunty visited from Melbourne and brought me some organic garlic she orders online. She is, as you can probably tell, into her food and is completely awesome. Need to find a worthy recipe as it is the best garlic I've ever cooked with and it deserves to be the star of the meal.

I love cherries. Might get some later, actually.
As for fish, tuna is a convenient (and tasty) food for lunch, and I could never turn down good salmon. I've also been pescetarian for the past 3 or so months (just as well I've always liked seafood), and I tend to stick with my favorites, but I also like prawns and trout. Swordfish steaks are good, too.
