I would like to add a little something to that:

If one person kills another person he's a murderer, unless others agree that person should be killed, then it's justice.
What irks me though is that no one speaks out on the death penalty of the KKK-clan member who was executed the same day, after having been convicted of murdering a black handicapped man by dragging him behind his truck for several miles. Nobody was protesting outside that prison.

There were probably no signs of reasonable doubt with the KKK convict. If there were, I'm sure someone might have covered it. That being said, life in solitude without parole or release would be a better punishment than death, regardless of either case. After all, appeals and investigations can still be carried out if at all possible.
I suppose it comes down to whether those protesting were actually against the death penalty or just a particular sentence. The silence in terms of the KKK guy was indeed deafening.

Still allows for the possibility of new evidence etc etc. Never understood why the options as presented are so often so far apart. It's either kill em or parole them out prematurely.

one of my 2 mortal enemies thought it would be rad to send me a long fartbook message about how she "knows i was abused" (untrue) and how i'm projecting onto her (also untrue, i just can't stand her) and blah blah blah something about how she's mortally sick or something, then tried to add me to her friends list.
this is shitty because we have a lot of mutual friends and while they all understand that she's just a drunk, insane in the bad way and nobody blames ME for the trouble between us, it's a solid pain in the ass and i think she's planning to show up to the joint birthday party i'm having with one of our mutual friends. she's the only person i've ever come anywhere close to violence with.
yeah, it just sucks to be the target of such crafty IRL trolling from an obsessive psychobitch. she found that one button to push that works every time, and it's unfortunate because if i get angry about it, she takes it as my admittance of being abused.
yeah, i just don't know how to deal with assholes without telling them outright to fuck off which just fuels the fire.

Unfortunately I know how that goes. Some people just have what I call "rage chemistry." Remember, it's all just a reflection of themselves, not you, at least until you invest the energy back.

Ugh. Prepare for oncoming bitch-fest...
Went out to a cigar bar last night and had a few drinks and, of course, a cigar, long story short ended up coming home and puking. Oddly enough it was to tobacco, not the alcohol, as I wasn't drunk. The cigar I had was huge and pretty nasty, so won't be having one for awhile I don't think. This has lead to me having a splitting headache this morning and I had time reserved at the photo print lab at my college today to print some pictures for my midterm. But I'm trying to edit my pictures this morning and realize one of my photos has completely blown out highlights beyond repair so going to have to re-photograph tonight, thus missing my reserved time, and further I won't have anything to turn in tomorrow.

heh, something similar occurred to me, 2 days ago i smoked a ciggie (your normal cig, nothing fancy about it, lucky lights), bear in mind i had, for some weird reason, stopped smoking for about 30 days, long story short, i felt sick as fuck, wanted to puke and well, it sucked ^^
as to the cigars, i dunno what brand you smoked, but i recommend montecristo (i have a box of mini montecristos and theyre fabulous!).
