I think the cover art suits the music perfectly.

Not odd at all. Exactly the way I feel.

Right there with ya chief. :)
The end of TMM is so reminiscent of "Man on the Burning Tightrope" by Firewater. Loving these tracks so much. Can't wait for the real thing.

Dev seems to make one truly awesome heavy album per decade.

90s - City
00s - Alien
10s - Deconstruction

So I guess in the 2020's when Devin's kid becomes a teenager, we can expect new material for heavy music :D
Haha I kid. Could really do with some Ghost now, I am excited about it in like a meeting an old friend way,
you pretty much know what to expect and know it will be awesome, so just kind of quietly looking forward to it.

Chiming in here, just registered to the forum but been a fan for a long time.

Sorry, but when I found out about the leak I had to listen to it. I'll buy the album twice (one hardcopy, one on itunes) and some merch when it releases, and of course see you live whenever I get the chance. Just had to get my guilt out of the way.

Allright. So yeah, this is fantastic. Some songs are definitely more easy to grasp upon the first listen (juular, sumeria, stand) than others. Some songs like "masturbator" and "Deconstruction" took me 3-4 listens before I started getting into them (heard that I WOULD love them instantly, but just had to get to know them. This shit isn't like" Poker Face" by Lady Gaga that is cool for 1-2 listens until it starts becoming an exercise in torture). After listening through the entire album like 5-6 times now, I gotta say you really nailed it 100% as usual. So hectic, humorous, melodic and CHAOTIC. Reminds me of the chaos that the old SYL stuff had in a way, just much happier (as you say, you've obviously changed since then). Just awesome.

A+, can't wait to buy this/hear it live :D

There was actually an orgy, Alien and Ziltoid (see what I did there - but I reckon I've heard echoes of both) were invited. Hell Mighty masturbator has a hell of a reference to Numbered! in it.
