I'm glad for you, too. I've had my cat escape a couple of times and worried while she was gone. Then she'd saunter back, and immediately be showered/bathed. Little bastards.

Our kitten went missing five days before christmas which was pretty un-awesome but on christmas eve he came back. Yay. I'm not reeally a cat person (it's my girlfriends cat more) but I was really glad to see him that night!

Just discovered John Peel played 7 of my records, one of them on numerous occasions.

This is a colossally big deal to me. Anyone British and old enough to have grown up on Peel will understand.

Utterly made my fucking year and revalidated my musical career.

That's fucking awesome Billy!!!!

Hom. Today.

Seeing DTP before and after the show, Dev mostly looking at mine and Amber's FIIIIIIIIINE dance moves during the set, demanding us two to come up on stage first, oh and Aeon Zen's singer. Ahem.

Epic album release party last night. 8) Happy funtimes and enjoyment all around. Someone also shot a film with a big-ass camera, so I'm a bit curious where/when that may pop up.

That's really cool! I'm not British, but I'm old enough to own some John Peel Sessions on vinyl.

Edit: Nevermind. Found it. :P

Hahahah! I love how nearly all the SYL tracks on last.fm show a slight decrease in play counts around christmas and new year's eve. Especially the Alien songs.

Qotsa last night was pretty awesome, had some great place to stand, and unobstructed view of the stage too.
Too bad they kept flashing the lights on us, blinding us frequently.
The vocals we're also drowned underneath every other instruments, and that was annoying as the plays of harmonies on guitar and vox, are alot of what appeals to me in QOTSA.
Still a great show, and Josh Homme as an interesting frontman.
Recommended.
