Making a website with a dynamic news section, admin tools, RSS feeds and podcasts, with PHP functions/includes and a database system using MySQL via phpMyAdmin... or something like that

My brain is about to explode.

Wondering why the tips of my fingers are still burning after about 4 hours; I didn't touch any hot metal or scald myself, but I did handle fresh chili and onions. This does not normally happen, and I have ran them under a cold tap and even applied lotion to cool them off, and I still have a burning sensation. Not a terrible one, mild, but still irritating.
If they still feel like this in the morning, I'm going to the doctor - hell, maybe I can call in sick.
