can someone tell me how to post a pic in high res on this forum, please?
All I've been able to do 'till now was join a stamp size picture to my posts, as an attachment.

If you just use the image [IMG] tags, depending on the size of the picture, it should be alright. But if it's wider than the text area of your post, it will be cut off on the right hand side (worse for people with smaller screens) - so the best thing to do would probably just post the URL for it if it's huge. (If it's a picture on your hard drive, just upload it to tinypic.com or something like that)

Thanx! And what do I put between the [img] tags? I mean how can I transfer my image from my pc to the text I'm typing right now? Does it have to be already uploaded on some image hosting server?

I'm assuming that fact your tryout worked that you know what you're doing now?

But yeah. Upload to an image host, get the direct link ("http://www.imagehost.com/yourpicname.jpg" or whatever) - and dunk that URL inside the IMG tags. Voila.
