Really? How old are you?

I mean I was too young when it first came out, but I've seen it and had the sega game and everything.

This is fucked up. It scared the shit out of me as a kid and had nightmares about it.
It still kinda scares me.

Bear in mind that there are now people old enough to drink, that were born in the 90s. It's a scary thought.

I remember watching Moonraker as a (very young kid). For some reason, afterwards I was convinced Michael Jackson was a lady.

That's actually frightening me.

And I remember Moonwalker! My sister has the VHS but I was always too scared to watch it, especially with the claymation faces going angry looking.

Scares the FUCK out of me every time.

<3 you did it before I thought to.

Not a terrible Moore Bond film though.

As a side note, one of my favorite papers I ever got to write was a comparison between all of the Bonds.

Connery obviously stands head and shoulders above the rest, but I think Brosnan was actually pretty damn solid as Bond. I think he was the only one to really combine all of the different Bond attitudes into one complete package, even if he got a couple of shit movies to be in.

The less we talk about Lazenby, the better.

^Agree with Connery as best. I personally think Dalton was underrated, as he had a good balance of wit and intensity.

Dalton got a bum rap. Everyone who is all over Daniel Craig's nuts right now is missing how this is just a retread of the at least as good Dalton years.

Last time I saw Dev live, the girl next to me was actually younger than the Fandom that brought me there.

Dev's been around for a pretty long time, and it's crazy.

I mentioned this thread to my sister yesterday, and she started talking about The Fox and the Hound as a worthy mention. Her argument was that is started off nice and cute (like every other Disney film), then became dark and cruel (as before), but had one of those rare endings where there was no happy resolution - it just left the story as a depressing tale of morality, and that not all friendships last forever.
I thought that life was a lot like that, and it was a good lesson for kids.
She agreed, but still growled how much she hated it, and considers it one of the worst kid's movies ever made. :)
