This week theme is... Tadaa! Credit card fraud, times two. Both Mastercard and Visa are out since their info has fallen into wrong hands, 2300€ worth damage and apparently used online gaming on both cards. Fuckers... Fortunately I don't have to pay those charges but it still sucks big time. No idea where the leak is, probably some web store.

Good thing it was caught and handled so deftly. Sorry it happened to you...

*goes to check credit cards*

Ignition for my bike is still only in Germany. Saga has now dragged into a fourth week... And worse again, my boss' heart is giving out on him, so I've gotta run the shop in between my exams till he's out of hospital.

Sometimes all you can do is sing... Life, ooooooooooooh life, ooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhh liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiife, ooooooooooooooooooooh life, please stop fucking me around... doo doo doo doo doo di doo...

I'd have believed you but for the facts a.) you are Scottish and there are no Scottish Tories; and b.) regardless of who was in power now, 'Awesome' would be no description of this election.

There are so Scottish Tories! We're the few remaining country peasants and are hugely outnumbered by the contents of Glasgow. :P I think the stats show about 17% Tory and the same amount of Lib Dem voters up here at last week's entertainment.

Interesting times though. Didn't matter who won really, we're all going to get shafted for the next few years to pay off the debts. The only choice was in which hole.

Frank Frazetta, whose work as a fantasy illustrator (Tarzan, Conan, Deathdealer) has strongly shaped fantasy over the years and inspired many that came after, is dead the 10th, at 82 y.o.

I'm more of a Boris Vallejo fan but Frank was up there in my top list of fantasy artists for sure. Sad day.

Making good progress on a song and then hitting a wall and having nothing for it. Started it back in early April and I'm finally adding to it but like I said, hit a dead spot.

I can't get past the feeling that all the really cool/interesting "djent" bands (Periphery, Tesseract, Fellsilent, Mehuggah, etc.) have truly horrendous and irritating vocalists. I think that style could be so much better suited with different vocals. :(

Think about it, they cover a lot of different styles with the bands you mentioned. Primarily clean, primarily harsh, very harsh, double vocals that are on the scream side.

What exactly would you prefer from them? I've always wondered what most people would expect these kind of bands to have.
