I was pretty surprised discovering one of Polish theaters running a play about that ("The Penultimate temptation of Bill Drummond", if I'm translating the title correctly). KLF were mental and their music is still highly listenable (I love me some Chill Out). Nice link, bookmarked.

What is that all about?

It was a flash mob in Trafalgar square to pay homage to a brilliant scene in a British sitcom called "Spaced"...Which is ace. It ended after two series, and is not a bit of a cult classic.
