Wow, Ubisoft is going on a delaying streak. So far they're up to 3 games including Splinter Cell Conviction(and as much as I love Ubisoft as a developer...they are really trying my patience now.)

Yea when I read that in GI I was rather pissed. I bet we get another Left 4 Dead game this year though.

I bought the Xbox arcade game "Serious Sam: The First Encounter HD" and I've been having fun with that. Definitely a bit of a challenge and a very simple game. But fun none the less. Should be able to hold me over until the 26th when I can lose myself in another amazing game.

games I have recently played through are Assassin's Creed 1, New Super Mario Bros DS and Fable 2

AC1 was a bit 'meh'...way too repetitive. It's the same thing over and over again. After a while I just didn't give a crap about the investigations anymore because it was always the same and pretty boring.

Super Mario Bros was fun as hell

Fable 2 though is really awesome. I had so much fun with it and started my second playthrough now as an evil character.

Half way through Battlefield: Bad Company.

What a great game!
Even though the AI isn't the best, but still it gives enough resistance so I can't just run every mission through.
And flying the damn helicopter isn't as easy as they might say.
Well, flying is, but getting the aim and hitting the target isn't the easiest.
I love the possibility to control all these different vehicles and all the different strategies they offer.

just pre-ordered my god of war box set which will hopefully be on our shores by march. comes with all 3 GOW games for PS3 (1 and 2 remastered) as well as some fancy artwork, soundtrack and interestingly. a god of war metal EP featuring metal songs writen for GOW.

I also just completed uncharted 2. such an amazing game. most cinematic gaming experience i have had since MGS4

I work for an online retail store which is full of nerdy things, games being amongst said things. So it's safe to say I play a lot of games. Well, 'play' isn't really the term I'd use. I buy 'em and they sit there unplayed due to a World of Warcraft addiction.

The last game I actually played through was Bayonetta - and before that, Dragon Age: Origins. Can I just say that Dragon Age: Origins is pretty much tied with the entire Metal Gear Solid games as 'best game evar' for me? Because it so is.

Bayonetta was a little over-sexed for me. I'm all for sexy strong ladies but she was a bit too much, even for me. Haha. Gameplay-wise it was incredibly fun, loved it!

The only thing pulling me away from this game when I get it is the DTP/BTBAM show on Feb. 3...

i just finished Uncharted 2 the other day and i can say its easily the most engaging game i have played since i played MGS4.
at times i forgot i was even playing a game, it was so much like a movie.
just bought the new batman game now and trying to get my way through that. its a pretty sweet game but at the same time, theres a kind of cheap feeling about it
