I had a blue flash of light from my Halogen Heater in my room, now 2 of the lights (Settings) out of 3 wont come on, There's still power to it as the main one doesn't light up or give off heat, but i have to press that on to turn on the only one that works, So theres still a current going through it :S whats up with it anyone? xD

Its Bugging me and im cold

Only had it a few weeks, QQ :(

Sounds like a loose connection or something.

Just take it back to the shop and say "It's broked! It's supposed to last more that a few weeks so I want a new one".

Yeah take it back. If you have proof of purchase they can't moan at you. Trust me, I work in Argos store customer services.

100% reason not to trust me.

But if you can find it in your heart to, trust me on this. Just this once. :P

I am 99% positive that's what's happened. I am with the rest of them, go get it replaced.

However as a caveat to that, I should warn you that unless you're willing to spend on these kinds of things they almost always break down easily. My aunt lives in a ravine where it's about 20 degrees F colder than it is out of the ravine during the winter, and every year she insists on buying my cousin a new thing to keep her from freezing to death, but she won't spring for something decent, and that's why she needs to buy something new every year. I used to live above her garage with my dad, so I'm well aware of what does and doesn't work in the damn cold.

Seriously all it takes is shaking the damn thing setting it somewhere roughly or even bumping into it to undo these mechanized aberrations.

This is of course ignoring any power surges or crimped wires or bad bulbs that can fuck these things over.
