Did anybody notice how often he is "sorry" for something throughout the catalog?

Resolve (the song that was directly influenced by the wildhearts) is Vanilla Radio !!!

I heard that but they sound totally different to me.

True, Resolve! isn't entirely the same as Vanilla Radio, but there is that little ditty in the first verse where the reference is clear as crystal.

When I first heard this, though, I was rather tickled because Vanilla Radio was actually the first Wildhearts song I had ever heard. </pointless trivia>

The thing about it i enjoy most is that when i first heard Vanilla Radio i thought "oh thats cool Ginger has wrote a Dev sounding tune" haha


Also is the "walk on home boy" in Awake perhaps a Pantera nod?

Perhaps it's a nod to the gangsta community ("walk on, homeboy").

I just noticed this today... The ending of The Way Home! (last 18 seconds or so) sound very similar to the way Christeen ends. It's got that "Ooooh!" with a sort of boom effect and then a nice harmonious fade.
