This was too cute to keep in the DTB section. Dev's more likely to see it here. :)

Yay for doggies! :D

Wait until he hears Addicted. Then I would be worried.

Cute dog!

The dog has some awesome lyric ideas.
Perhaps they should be sampled and laid onto the original track :D

Guys, does that dog honestly look like it's enjoying itself - come on!! Dogs ain't human, they're not rocking out or trying to sing along. The dog clearly wants the shit turned off - no offense Dev! Their ears are far, far more sensitive to ours to the point where some music and sounds can cause a lot of discomfort, if not actual pain. If you want to make doggie happy bring him for a walk.

Nope, you are wrong! Vampolka is the only song this dog howls along and ONLY when my wife's not home. It's the high voices in the song that make him think I'm calling for a missing pack member, and he joins in.

I don't really buy that. My aunt had a dog that would howl during the same song on a Kenny G Christmas cd. Once the song would start he would howl through it, and once it ended he stopped. Every single time he did it. And how much different do Kenny G songs get when it comes to sounds?

I've got to say I thought it was a bit odd as well. Though I'm not used to dogs' behaviour (they terrify me), so I really wouldn't be able to tell whether it was enjoying it or not. But I can understand the argument about the sensitivity of its ears..

If that's your dog looking happy I'd hate to see him miserable. Look at him, ears and tail down howling. Bet he doesn't look like that when you're preparing for a walk or about to give him a treat. I'm no expert on sound but even to me I sometimes need to lower the volume on Vampolka as it seems a little louder and higher in pitch than the rest of the album. And of course for the dog, he can hear frequences you can't which are reverberating around the hard walls of your house at about 5 times the volume your ears are finding comfortable.

All songs have different audio wave forms, spectrums and interaction of frequences etc. Don't underestimate how complex and unique sounds, and therefore songs are.

K guys, That dog clearly loves it, I mean, he sounds better than me when I try to sing along.

wow, we're discussing dog emotions and if he's torturing the dog with dev's tunes... wow lol
anyway, that was adorable, either way.
