I thoroughly enjoyed that. The musicians sound tight as a virgins cunt, and Burton's vocals sound a hell of a lot better with such solid music behind them. This is going on le iPod pronto. Roll on February!

I was most definitely impressed with Burton's vocals! He sounds so much more mean than he did on both Transgression and Archetype. I cant wait to hear more of this.

Powerful and intense !

Love to hear them after long break and there's no surprises about the sound of the band.

Gene's drumming is solid, as expected. I don't hear any empty space after Christian's and Raymond's departure. Burton doing his job properly, his growl plus melodic lines sounds pretty good.

This album may be awesome. Let's hope it will be that way.

Wow, get me full album of these and it will be like another Archetype (=very good).

It sounds pretty good! I like it more than I expected to.

On a somewhat related note, has anyone heard the City of Fire album? The samples I've heard are pretty good but I haven't gotten the album yet.

the production is too clean. its alright. better than anything arkaea can do anyway. it sounds too much like shock though

100% agreed. Unfortunately it's reminiscent of Divine Heresy- Dino's FF rip-off band.

Still, "Powershifter's" far better than I was expecting. Huzzah!
