As long as the set is just as long as anybody else I couldn't care less. I'm beginning to hate small-venue bands for playing late because all trains leave Toronto at 11 PM and I almost got stranded in that shithole over night and morning when I went to Paganfest. So I took the 1:20 bus home which I almost missed and the guy actually accepted my round-trip pass.

Because he's been taking a long break these past few years whereas Between The Buried and Me and Cynic have been touring relentlessly and releasing album(s). So when the venue/tour manager/record label/whoever decides who headlines, they're going to pick the band that will sell the most tickets.

Doesn't really make sense... Well ok, Devin hasn't been touring, but he's actually been releasing more albums than either of those bands, even in recent years. See:

It's more likely that Devin just doesn't sell enough in the U.S. and therefore is not the main act.
