I don't think you get one back at that stage - same for me.

01 Sent email order
02 Got PayPal cost and address to send it to, complete with order number to quote
03 Sent money from PayPal following those instructions
04 Got confirmation email from PayPal to show it had been sent

That's where mine stopped too. As long as you can see in PayPal that your money got sent to the right address as they quoted AND you put your order number on it as they asked then you (and I)(and others) can do no more!

I'm sure it'll all work out in the end - you can chill for now :)

Yeah that´s exactly what happened to me, hope you´re right man!

Edit: You were right, just got an email saying my order it´s safe...can´t wait until the release! :guitar:

Rahovart wrote:I see the package descriptions have been updated, but what interests me is the T-Shirt package. It now says the following;

Order now to get an autographed CD, T- Shirt, exclusive poster and a custom hand drawn CD cover by Devin. Remember, these are limited, so act fast!

Has this been extended to this package too? If so, awesome. If not, still cool because that's a sweet ass tshirt.

Looks like this was an error on CMs part, since been rectified. Oh well, still excited for my T-shirt package!

Thank you!

The hand drawn thing got sold out, but they asked me if I'd do a couple of hundred more, and I said sure, for what it's worth.

Thanks for the support!!

You're a Saint! I was going to hold out on these DTP albums until the bundle, but after seeing the hoodie package I couldn't help myself. Custom hand drawn cover-art? That is hands down the coolest thing I've seen a musician do for their fans ever. Not to mention how jealous I was of my room mate who pre-ordered Ki and got a note that said "Thanks Mike :) ". I couldn't miss out on this one.

I'm happy that you're selling these albums. The teaser has blown me away (especially Hyperdrive!!!) and I can't wait!

I guess it doesn't make much sense for me to admit to this, but I would have definitely paid more for this bundle. Another 25$ and I wouldn't have thought twice. You're my favorite artist right now. It seems most of the other bands I like are kind of going stagnant right now. They're still putting out good stuff, but nothing really new.

Ki is my favorite album this year by far, and my favorite you've made. All of your music remains fresh, even to this day, and you're laying it all out in this project. Artists like you should be rewarded for the effort they put into their work. I have a major respect for what you do, and as long as you're making music that kicks ass then I'll be there every step of the way.

Btw, when you go on tour next year please please please please PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make a stop in Florida. Nobody ever comes through here, and I'll recruit everyone I know to come to the show to make it worth your time. I'll hand out flyers and everything. If you're not coming through here I'll buy a plane ticket, but it would be nice to only have to drive.

Good-luck on the drawing, and try not to hurt yourself and/or lose your sanity.

This is one thing you probably won't get this time around, unfortunately. The Thanks notes were courtesy of Tracy, and seeing as HDR isn't directly shipping the stuff this time around, and it's going through CM, I don't think there'll be another smiley face coming through the letterbox to add to the collection.

Though the hand-drawn cover is by no means a sub-par replacement!

That is exactly my point. Just to get something that is personal and unique, whether it be a note or a drawing, makes it so awesome!

Well, I'm a mortician so I come across bones easily. I didn't pull them out of my own body, but shit if that is what it took, I would have gladly done just that.

I still have not figured out how to pre-order a package.

Tried emailing them and got told due to massive response they are not doing it via email anymore.
Tried using CM Distro and it wont let me enter my credit card details...?

No sweet pre order package for an Australian fan of over ten years?

It's a bit annoying, but my Dev project badges arrived the other day...so thats cool at least.

See here:
From: http://www.cmdistro.com/FAQ
What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time we accept all major U.S. or Canadian-issued credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. For orders shipping outside the U.S. or Canada, we ONLY accept PayPal payments.

And I doubt they'd care if you'd been stalking Dev since birth, they ain't changing their system. So! What you have to do is wait until the 17th of October, when PayPal opens for use on the packages. You are, according to CM, guaranteed (reeeeeally need to stress that here) to get the package you want if you order before October 25th. So don't freak out. You'll get your stuff. Just gotta wait a few days.

Again, I think these are pretty much the main two things anyone arriving late needs to know to figure out what's going on...

And again, apologies for being a broken record to nearly everyone else. Only trying to halp.

Hey, I still see the uber package is up, wondering if it's still possible to get the hand-drawn picture. I mean I dont even want a sweater lol, but getting something hand-drawn from an artist (whom I love very much) means a ton to me and would be the only reason I'd take the uber over the T-shirt pack. So any idea on that? (sorry if this subject has been beaten to death, cant find anything on it in the last couple pages)
